This historic tudor-style mansion with a capacity of 150 has a picturesque ballroom overlooking the scenic Susquehanna River with a private garden for your pleasure. It can accommodate indoor and outdoor events, too.

RENT:

• $1200.00 January, February, March
• $1400.00 April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December
• $200.00 - garden fee *applies only if placing chairs, tables, tent on lawn*

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $300.00 - refundable after event

NUMBER OF EVENTS PER DAY: one (1) to end by midnight

CAPACITY:

• Main ballroom sit-down dinner 135-150 - 15 tables of 10/head table on stage
• Main ballroom station buffets 120-134 - 12 tables of 10/ head table on stage
• First floor and main ballroom utilzed - cocktail style 250+
• Discounts for weekdays, Sundays and non-prime months
• Minimum - 50 adult guests
