 1987 Established How About Hors D' Oeuvres. Specializing in hand made hors d' oeuvres for small to medium sized catered events. Operated out of home and local fire hall kitchen.
 19891992 Established How About Hors D' Oeuvres Gourmet Take Out. Located in the Hampden Center on the Carlisle Pike. Karen's gourmet shop specialized in gourmet "to go foods", specialty grocery items, hand made hors d' oeuvres, fresh baked desserts and catering for off premise corporate and social events.
 19891999 Established Contract Catering Division seeking to secure catering contracts with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Karen's grew to be the second largest contract caterer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
 19921993 Moved How About Hors D' Oeuvres Gourmet Take Out to private swimming pool while a commercial kitchen was constructed in home to allow Karen to spend more time with her two children. Changed name to Karen's Gourmet Take Out.
 19931998 Changed name to Karen's Catering. Operated full service catering business from commercial kitchen attached to family residence.
 19961998 Awarded exclusive Catering Contract for the Chambers Hill Fire Company Community Rooms
 1996 Established Karen's Video Production Company which produced "Your Baby's First Meals" a instructional video on how to make home made baby food.
 1998Current Awarded Exclusive Catering Contract for the prestigious Civic Club of Harrisburg located at 612 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101
 1999Current Purchased Easter Seals Camp Harmony Hall. Extensive landscaping and building construction was performed to transform the existing grounds and buildings into the beautiful venue you see today. Located at 1400 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, PA 17057. Changed name to Karen's at Harmony Hall.
 1999 Reorganized Karen's to specialize in ON PREMISE catered events making the off premise and contract catering division dormant.
 20002006 Established and operated Karen's Floral Designs specializing in custom floral designs event decorating
 2008 Awarded the Exclusive Catering Contract for VFW Post located in Steelton, PA
 2008 Pending Approval- Awarded the Exclusive Catering Contract for Chambers Hill Fire Company Community Rooms
 2008 Revitalized the dormant OFF PREMISE division to community room based wedding catering, limited express corporate catering, boxed lunches and exclusive venue catering.
