Karen's will be offering wide array of Hors d'ouevres and Entrées for your tasting pleasure. To satisfy your sweet tooth Karen's will be offering her signature Chocolate Fondue Station and our exclusive baker, About Weddings, will be offering a scrumptious assortment of wedding cakes.

Cascading Hors D' Oeuvres Table: Domestic Cheese with mustards and grapes, garden vegetable crudités with herbed buttermilk dip, Swiss torta, warm artichoke pate. Served with Karen's gourmet pasta dippers and assorted crackers
Chinatown Station: mini spring rolls with duck sauce, chicken satay tidbits with Thai peanut sauce, Asian nachos with wasabi horseradish dip, and lo mein in an oriental take out box with chop stix
Little Italy Station: plum tomato bruschetta with roasted garlic crustini, tri color tortellini alio, Italian torta with crackers, Italian sausage bisciuts and gorgonzola canapˇs
